Sydney Water Bring It To Win It

The brief:

Sydney Water aimed to promote tap water as the preferred hydration choice and reduce single-use plastic consumption. They sought an engaging campaign to change public habits and enhance brand visibility during the cricket season.

Our solution:

We created Bring It To Win It, a gamified fan experience launched at Sydney Thunder and Sixers matches. Using NFC-enabled tags on refillable bottles, fans could earn instant prizes and track their refills at custom hydration stations. The more they refilled, the more chances they had to win — turning sustainable behaviour into a game-day highlight.

The results:

The campaign engaged over 25,000 fans, saved more than 17,000 plastic bottles, and returned $38,000 in water value to the community. It successfully combined sustainability with fun, making refill behaviour a winning habit.

The challenge:

Watercare needed an engaging way to educate Aucklanders about the Central Interceptor — New Zealand’s largest wastewater tunnel — and build public awareness around the importance of clean water infrastructure.

Our solution:

We developed the Central Interceptor Discovery Centre, a mobile, interactive experience that brought the project to life through VR, AR sandboxes, immersive storytelling, and a custom animated guide, Waimā the Longfin Eel. Designed for schools, festivals and public events, the centre made complex infrastructure accessible, engaging, and culturally relevant.

The results:

The Discovery Centre has reached over one million people and been adopted as a best-practice engagement tool by Auckland Council. It continues to tour with an “always on” approach, and is now being refreshed to include new storytelling, visual identity, and creative input from iwi artists.

The brief:

Tesla wanted to launch Powerwall 3 in Australia with a campaign that would make cutting-edge energy tech feel simple, practical, and accessible to the everyday consumer.

Our solution:

We designed an immersive launch event in Sydney that brought Powerwall 3 to life through hands-on storytelling. From an exploded packaging display and a working wiring wall to oversized app demos and a Powerwall submerged in a Spongebob-themed fishtank, each feature showcased the product’s design, durability, and simplicity in unexpected, engaging ways.

The results:

The activation sparked curiosity and shifted public perception, turning complex energy infrastructure into something tangible, relatable and desirable. Tesla's message of energy independence landed with impact, driving meaningful conversations around the future of home energy.
